- Group A registration already includes all training activites of Group B. However, since there are only 2 seats, it is likely to fill up immediately. Thise who wish to attend the live relay plus simulator training, please fill the form for GROUP B as well.
3. Please wait for ONE WORKING DAY to receive the link.
5. Note that once the registrations are completed (2 for group A and 12 for group B) , we will stop accepting any more registrations.
6. Please read the cancellation / refund policy in the Google form carefully before making the payment. Payment is by online mode only, via secure payment gateway. Cash will not be accepted
7. Once payment is completed, you will be added to the delegates whatsapp group on the next day.

2. Hystero Simulator - For Practicing Polypectomy, Septal Resection, Lateral Metroplasty, IUCD removal, Ostial Cannulation
3. Hands On Myoma Resection On Tissue Models
(Those filling form for Group A - pls fill form for group B as well, in case seats are full for Group A, u can join group B if interested)
